Roops has also developed various, more specific PowerPoint presentations for HvA. For example, a presentation that helps prospective students discover exactly what topics they will be dealing with during their education. Or strategy presentations. Because we now know the HvA well, we can quickly and effectively adapt the message of the HvA to the specific audience.

Roops has not only supported HvA with PowerPoint presentations. We have also been able to make a film that sets out the HvA’s policy for the coming years. We developed the video in collaboration with Video Specialist Joost Bienenmann of Wild Tree Video Productions

Roops turned a mediocre PowerPoint presentation about our Commercial Economics program, into a dazzling and enthusiastic presentation. With their professional eye, they determined in what order the information had to be displayed and told and advised us on the correct relationship between image and text. The national government and PowerPoint presentations: visual, clear and convincing

Roops also supports the Dutch government in giving PowerPoint presentations. We have been able to start three important and leading projects.

Knowledge & Innovation – Ministry of Economic Affairs

Roops and the Ministry of Economic Affairs have worked together to provide the director of the Knowledge & Innovation department with a perfect keynote presentation. The ministry asked Roops about the best way to present all information as clearly as possible. The department deals with various brochures, reports and policy documents. How do you make the message unambiguous, consistent, clear and understandable? Roops has studied this assignment, with pleasure and interest. We have put all the information in a clear and inspiring PowerPoint presentation. We knew what to do: put together some strong visual elements, combined with a sleek story. The director was thus able to inform his audience in detail.

Euroforum CCS – Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate

Thanks to this good cooperation, Roops continued to work for the ministry. We also designed a PowerPoint presentation for the Carbon Capture Storage (CSS) project in Barendrecht, with the assignment to give it a sleek and orderly design, both visually and in terms of content. It was a very important presentation: the audience, consisting of supporters but also opponents of the project, would be informed about the progress. Roops has come up with a practical solution. Above all, we designed a clear and consistent PowerPoint presentation: visually and substantively clear and in fact, convincing. The presenter who ultimately went on stage with our PowerPoint presentation was very positive about the result.

Rijkswaterstaat – Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment

Finally, we also supported Rijkswaterstaat (the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment) with a PowerPoint presentation. This was another important meeting: the PowerPoint presentation covered the waste disposal in Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, and was given on the spot. We adapted the PowerPoint presentation to their style, and added a clear and clear storyline.

Roops in Singapore: easily create posters thanks to a PowerPoint template

Shell has given Roops a special assignment: to develop a PowerPoint template to make posters for the so-called ‘Asset Managers Congress of Shell’.

An important condition for the PowerPoint template is the user-friendliness: it must be easy to adjust the posters so that Shell can use the template more often, for congresses in the coming years.

Roops has developed a template in PowerPoint for four posters, with a clear structure and grid. The diagrams, details and images can easily be replaced. O3b Energy provides data and internet connections in remote locations around the world. O3b Energy uses an advanced satellite system for this. The company approached Roops with the request to design a PowerPoint presentation in which it is possible to clearly visualise all aspects of its applied techniques.

Roops has developed an interactive PowerPoint presentation, focusing on seven themes that are important to the company and using animated infographics to explain the different applications. This PowerPoint presentation has been shown at an important exhibition for the offshore industry in Houston, in the US.

Comprehensive PowerPoint presentation system for everyone within the BENELUX

The legal and tax consultancy Loyens & Loeff engaged Roops to develop two templates. Firstly, a template that makes creating internal and external PowerPoint presentations easier and more consistent. Secondly, a template that contributes to the visualisation and clarification of large text documents. Quite a job: these text packages normally consist of tens of pages; so this template must above all ensure clarity and user-friendliness. Both templates have, of course, been adapted to the new corporate identity of Loyens & Loeff.

Roops helped develop a special add-in for both templates from Loyens & Loeff. We have also produced auxiliary documents, thanks to which the ± 1,600 employees can easily work with the templates themselves.

More than fifty implementation and PowerPoint training courses

To put the finishing touches, Roops has given more than fifty training courses at Loyens & Loeff to make optimal use of these auxiliary documents as well as the add-in. These training courses took place in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, and we gave them in two languages. We are pleased that we were able to support Loyens & Loeff so well: our templates are still used daily by the law firm.

Clubkas Campagne ceremony animation

An animation developed in PowerPoint makes for a proud bank

Rabobank organizes the Clubkas Campaign every year. That is an action with which various sports associations can win sponsor money. The sports associations have to collect as many votes as possible: the more votes, the greater the amount the association receives from Rabobank. During the special award ceremony, it will be announced which club has won, and what amount it receives.

Turn on the sound to watch the video with music

Rabobank asked Roops to develop an attractive animation, shown during the award ceremony. We have made a short video in PowerPoint, in which the winners and final winner are introduced, accompanied by music. The response from Rabobank and its public has been very positive. The animation gave the present Rabobank employees a happy and proud feeling, about the Clubkas Campaign. On this page you will see an extract of the animation.
